Registration Information

You are required to register for the Convention by fax (852) 3020 5760, websites www.ahec-china.org / www.ahec-seasia.org or email ahec@zenithdimension.com on or before June 20, 2011. Seats are limited and are reserved on first-come-first-served basis.

The Convention on June 29, 2011 includes coffee breaks, luncheon and convention materials. (Travel and accommodation arrangements will be the responsibility of the participants.)

You will be notified the acceptance of your registration by June 22, 2011 via fax or email. Please bring your confirmation letter to the Convention.

Reception

Registration includes the Cocktail Reception on June 29, 2011.

Cancellation of Registration

As seats are limited, you must notify the Convention Secretariat of cancellation of your registration on or before June 22, 2011.

Official Language

English and Mandarin. Simultaneous interpretation is available.

Payment

Registration fee by non-AHEC members will be collected on-site at the reception counter located outside the Ballroom of The Westin Nanjing on June 29, 2011. Only US Dollars will be accepted. Payment must be made in cash only. To guarantee your place, please complete and return the registration form to the Convention Secretariat in advance before June 20, 2011.
