Registration Information

The registration is closed. Thank you!

You are required to register for the Convention online on or before June 13, 2019. Seats are limited and are reserved on first-come-first-served basis.

The Convention on June 25, 2019 includes coffee breaks, luncheon and convention materials. (Travel and accommodation arrangements will be the responsibility of the participants.)

You will be notified the acceptance of your registration by June 13, 2019 via email or fax. Please bring your confirmation letter to the Convention.

Reception

Registration includes the Cocktail Reception on June 25, 2019.

Cancellation of Registration

As seats are limited, you must notify the Convention Secretariat of cancellation of your registration on or before June 13, 2019.

Official Language

English and Vietnamese. Simultaneous interpretation is available.

Payment

Registration fee by non-AHEC members in USA will be collected on-site at the reception counter located outside the Ballroom of Sheraton Hanoi Hotel on June 25, 2019. Only US Dollars will be accepted. Payment must be made in cash only. To guarantee your place, please complete and return the registration form to the Convention Secretariat in advance before June 13, 2019.

Hotel Accommodation

the Sheraton Hanoi Hotel by June 3, 2019. All reservations must be guaranteed by a credit card. No reservation can be made without credit card details.

Double room per night: VND 3,865,000 (US 166)
The above room rate includes surcharge per room per night and one buffet breakfast.
