You are required to register for the Convention online through website on or before June 16, 2016. Seats are limited and are reserved on first-come-first-served basis.

The Convention on June 24, 2016 includes coffee breaks, luncheon and convention materials. (Travel and accommodation arrangements will be the responsibility of the participants.)

You will be notified the acceptance of your registration by June 16, 2016 via email or fax. Please bring your confirmation letter to the Convention.

Reception

Registration includes the Cocktail Reception on June 24, 2016.

Cancellation of Registration

As seats are limited, you must notify the Convention Secretariat of cancellation of your registration on or before June 16, 2016.

Official Language

English and Mandarin. Simultaneous interpretation is available.

Payment

Registration fee by non-AHEC members in USA will be collected on-site at the reception counter located outside the Ballroom of The Westin Chongqing Hotel on June 24, 2016. Only US Dollars will be accepted. Payment must be made in cash only. To guarantee your place, please complete and return the registration form to the Convention Secretariat in advance before June 16, 2016.

Hotel Accommodation

Please complete the hotel booking online via The Westin Chongqing Liberation Square website by June 17, 2016. All reservations must be guaranteed by a credit card. No reservation can be made without credit card details.
