Registration Information

You are required to register for the Convention by fax at (852) 2505 5599, website www.ahec-china.org or email at ahec-secretariat@doublelegend.com.hk on or before May 30, 2013. Seats are limited and are reserved on first-come-first-served basis.

The Convention on June 20, 2013 includes coffee breaks, luncheon and convention materials. (Travel and accommodation arrangements will be the responsibility of the participants.)

You will be notified the acceptance of your registration by June 1, 2013 via fax or email. Please bring your confirmation letter to the Convention.

Reception

Registration includes the Cocktail Reception on June 20, 2013.

Cancellation of Registration

As seats are limited, you must notify the Convention Secretariat of cancellation of your registration on or before June 1, 2013.

Official Language

English and Mandarin. Simultaneous interpretation is available.

Payment

Registration fee by non-AHEC members will be collected on-site at the reception counter located outside the Ballroom of Shangri-La Hotel, Harbin on June 20, 2013. Only US Dollars will be accepted. Payment must be made in cash only. To guarantee your place, please complete and return the registration form to the Convention Secretariat in advance before May 30, 2013.
